Good practice starts
with a clear source.
You should know what you are studying, where it came from and what a practice result can tell you.
Original questions, grounded in public material
We write original practice questions from public regulations, guidelines and subject outlines. The content library records sources and versions so that a question can be traced to the material used to write it. Questions are assembled into fixed papers with defined subjects, timing and question counts.
Explanations that show their reasoning
After you submit, the accessible questions include explanations. Regulatory questions point to the source provision behind the reasoning. Where a source is paraphrased, it is presented as a paraphrase. For CSCA, original practice focuses on the solution method and key formula; source-outline references are not displayed.
CBP-released examination papers
CBLE also includes examination papers and answer keys published by U.S. Customs and Border Protection. They are labelled separately from our original mocks and reproduced as released. Answer these questions under the regulations and reference editions for the sitting, even where current rules differ.
The first 40% of each CBLE paper is available on its public question page, with the released answer key. Our written explanations are not published there.
Checks, corrections and limits
Our content process checks structure, answer formats, references, paper composition and supported mathematical notation. Some numerical questions also have calculation checks. Those checks do not establish that every legal interpretation or answer is correct. We do not claim expert review or approval by an exam body.
Content can change when an issue is found. Saved attempts retain their question version, so a later edit does not silently replace the question you answered. Patent bar practice remains unavailable while content review is pending.
Independent by design
Passumi is not affiliated with, authorised by or endorsed by any exam organiser. Practice scores are learning feedback, not certification decisions or guarantees of a pass. Confirm current exam requirements directly with the organiser.
