Using Passumi
Passumi provides independent exam preparation and study tools. By using the service, you agree to these terms. Use the material for your own lawful study and check the exam organiser’s current requirements before registering or sitting an exam.
Accounts and saved attempts
You may begin an available free test as a guest. A browser cookie connects your browser to your attempt; deleting it may prevent access to an unclaimed guest attempt. When you create an account, provide accurate information and keep your sign-in access secure. Do not share access or use someone else’s account.
Free practice and access limits
The first 40% of each available paper is free, rounded up to a whole question. Access to the remaining questions requires an eligible entitlement. The free portion of a result is a partial result, not a complete exam score. The default practice timer pauses when you leave; it is a study setting, not an exam-day rule.
Prices and payments
Paid plans are not currently on sale. Before purchases become available, the checkout will state the price, included exam or paper, duration, any recurring billing and applicable cancellation or refund terms. An exam pass does not cover unrelated exams unless the purchase expressly includes them. Nothing here removes any mandatory consumer rights.
Content and permitted use
Passumi’s original questions, explanations, illustrations and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Do not scrape or redistribute the question bank, resell access, bypass access controls or interfere with the service. Third-party materials retain their respective rights and terms. These terms do not claim exclusive ownership of U.S. government works reproduced in CBLE papers.
Your notes and feedback
You retain rights in notes and feedback you provide. You allow Passumi to store and process them as needed to deliver your study features and investigate reported issues. Do not submit confidential examination content, other people’s personal information or material you are not permitted to share.
Accuracy and availability
The service is provided as available. Questions, explanations and software may contain errors and can be corrected. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, an exam score, eligibility, admission or certification. Historical examination answers are tied to the rules for their sitting. Practice material is not legal, medical or professional advice.
Suspension and responsibility
We may restrict access that breaches these terms, compromises security or violates the law. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Passumi is not responsible for indirect losses caused by use of the practice material. Nothing excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and questions
We may update these terms as the service changes and will identify the revision date on this page. Material changes will be communicated through the service where appropriate. For a question about your account or these terms, use the contact page.
